Senior Talent Management Consultant
Cindy Pfeiffer is a Senior Talent Management Consultant for Right Management, Great Lakes Region. With over 20 years of experience facilitating individual, team and organization learning and leadership development, she has worked with leaders from the front line through the C-suite, in a variety of industries, both for profit and non-profit. In consulting with organization leaders, Pfeiffer has experience supporting teams through organization change initiatives including M&A and Executive Succession. She has a passion for improving culture and employee engagement and focuses on developing leaders both for today and for the future.
Prior to joining the Right Management team, Pfeiffer exercised her entrepreneurial spirit by growing her own Leadership Development and Executive Coaching business over a 10-year period. Earlier, she held a regional OD leadership role in the Finance Industry, and she began her professional career in worksite wellness, serving employees in a variety of industries, ranging from union workers stepping off the line to teachers stepping out of the classroom.
Pfeiffer holds a master’s degree in Human Resources Development from Western Michigan University and a Bachelor of Science in Health Education and Wellness from Michigan State. She has also completed significant study in leadership development and holds certifications in a number of industry leading assessments.
