Program Management and International Education
Clara Tu is responsible for program management and international education at Fraunhofer Academy, Fraunhofer-Gesellschaft’s specialist provider of continuing education and advanced part-time training. Fraunhofer is Europe’s largest research organization for applied science and generates a €2.1 billion annual research budget. Tu coordinates international and national projects with several Fraunhofer Institutes and partner universities. In addition, she is a research associate at Fraunhofer for a project of the Federal Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF) Germany. The project supports the development of training programs such as part-time or dual-study courses in alliance between German universities and Fraunhofer Institutes. She is also responsible for program management, marketing and international business development for the Fraunhofer Academy. Additionally, Tu assists the head of Fraunhofer Academy in strategy decisions with methods of the portfolio management and foresight theories. She holds a master’s degree in international management from Steinbeis University Berlin as well as a diploma in Business Administration from the University of Applied Sciences in Regensburg, Germany.
