Mark is a principal with Plante Moran’s strategy and automotive practice. He has almost 30 years of experience in management consulting, advising clients in a variety of industries. Mark has worked as a senior advisor for many organizations in the manufacturing, automotive, utilities and healthcare (payer and provider) industries with deep expertise in managing large scale, complex programs. He has advised senior client teams on a broad range of strategic initiatives including new market entry, strategic planning, European expansion, operating model design, supply chain, mergers and acquisitions as well as enterprise transformation. Currently, Mark is working with automotive suppliers looking to adapt to emerging technologies, market challenges and risks. Mark has extensive global experience, starting his career in the United Kingdom before moving to the United States.
