Senior Vice President
Rebecca Taylor is senior vice president of the National Center for Manufacturing Sciences (NCMS), the largest technology consortium in North America focused on manufacturing. Taylor is passionate about cybersecurity, bringing awareness to the benefits of safe and secure production and leading the next frontier in secure, productive manufacturing. She serves on the Board for the Society of Manufacturing Engineers, the National Advanced Mobility Consortium and Girls Inc DC. Taylor is the recipient of the national STEP award recognizing outstanding women in science, technology, engineering and production and holds a bachelor’s from George Washington University and a master’s from the London School of Economics.
